RETURN EXCHANGE POLICY:

 

What is your returns/exchange policy?

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 7 calendar days of the date your parcel was delivered to you.

If you are not satisfied with the size of the product that you have received you can exchange against the same product of a different size.

 

Important things to keep in mind before returning/exchanging a product.

 

Before returning a product kindly keep in mind that all of our products are handmade. While we pay the greatest attention to providing you with the best product remember that a slight variation in shape, colour, weave, or print is not a defect but the proof that the product you have purchased is a singular hand crafted product.

 

We ask that items are returned clean, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent and that they have all their tags on.

 

All items should be free of make-up or tan marks or any other residual traces.

 

How does the return/exchange process work?

 

Contact us via our web site explaining the reason you wish to return your product.

Once we receive your request we'll contact you to confirm the same.

 

Once we receive the product, we will check it for being unused, unwashed, and undamaged and that it has the original tags/packaging in place. In case the received item does not meet the above conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Upon verification we will contact you and confirm reception and that the quality check is complete. We will then proceed with the refund

For an exchange . We will contact you and agree on the item to be sent in exchange of the received product and we will sent the product back to you.

 

Please note - the entire process in case of an exchange, from initiating the request to delivering the requested exchange product can take anywhere between 15-25 days, depending on the date of reverse pick up of the product.

How do I ship my return?

Returns will be shipped back to us at your own expense.

We recommend that you use a traceable method to return items to us, and keep the tracking number for your records.

We are not responsible for return shipping fees or lost returns.

To ensure your returned products are not damaged during shipment, re-use the original or similar packaging for proper care and protection.
